Rajiv Uttamchandani, International Stem Society

Rajiv is the Founder and CEO of The International STEM Society for Human Rights, a nonprofit institution that is dedicated to addressing the application of STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) and Education to safeguard the lives of individuals most vulnerable to become victims of human rights abuses. The Society develops smartphone applications, is involved with researching new technologies, and hosts conferences to investigate, promote, and implement, novel programs and initiatives that contribute towards solving global human rights crises.

If that were not impressive enough, Rajiv is also the Director of STEAM Education Initiatives (Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics) at the New York Film Academy, where he fosters a more creative collaboration between students and professionals in the Arts and STEM fields. Rajiv has also recently embarked upon a large scale collaboration with NASA in which in order to incorporate the development of the James Webb Space Telescope in an educational context for project-based STEM Education.
